What is enamel?
Enamel is made from natural materials: a steel core is covered with molten glass, hand-painted and fired in a kiln. This creates tasteful, smooth and colorful surfaces. Each of our objects is a unique, handmade piece.
Why is every piece unique?
Each object is handmade in Turkey. During shaping, painting and firing, each piece develops individually. This natural process can never be repeated identically. This means that each object becomes a truly unique piece.
Why enamel on the table?
Enamel is the sustainable choice for your table: robust, natural and made to last for generations. The objects are completely recyclable - although that hardly matters because you would prefer to just keep them.

Why is sharing important?
Because inclusivity is important to us, each of our properties supports Plateless South Africa with 1 CHF. This means that a child in need receives a warm meal in the Soup Kitchen. So our pieces not only look bold on your table, but also for a child's full plate.
