We use the terms “we”, “us” and “our” to directly refer to ÉMAÉ STUDIO. This website and online shop is operated by ÉMAÉ STUDIO, including all related information, content, functions, tools, products and services, to provide you, the customer, with a personalized shopping experience. ÉMAÉ STUDIO is based on Shopify, which enables us to provide you the Services.
The following terms and conditions, together with the policies mentioned herein, describe the rights and responsibilities when using our Services. To use our shop, you must be of legal age in your country.

Our enamel products are created by melting glass onto high-quality steel. Each piece in our collections is individually handcrafted. The patterns can vary from part to part and bear visible traces of its craftsmanship. We represent colors, shapes and details as realistically as possible. Our unique pieces and may differ from the advertised image. Depending on the screen or end-use device, the display may also vary.
We may change, update or discontinue products at any time. We also reserve the right to limit availability or quantity per customer.
3 – Orders
By submitting your order you are making a binding purchase offer. We may accept or reject orders, for example in the event of technical errors, incorrect information or suspected resale.
An order is only considered confirmed once you have received an order confirmation by email. Please check your details carefully. Once confirmed, an order often cannot be changed or canceled. Returns and exchanges are governed by our official cancellation policy.
4 – Prices + Invoicing
All prices are shown in CHF and are subject to change without notice. Prices in our online shop may differ from prices in brick-and-mortar stores or on other retailers' websites. The product price displayed does not include shipping, customs or import costs. You agree to always provide accurate payment details and ensure that payments are authorized.
5 – Shipping + Delivery
Delivery times are approximate and may vary. Delays caused by shipping service providers, customs authorities or unforeseeable events are not our responsibility. Once the goods have been handed over to the shipping service provider, risk and title pass to you.
6 – Copyrights + Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, designs, graphics, photos, videos and trademarks — belongs to ÉMAÉ STUDIO or our license partners. You may not copy, edit or use this content for your own purposes without written consent. Unauthorized use of our images, text or designs may result in legal action.

Our website may contain third-party tools over which we neither control nor monitor. You use them at your own risk. We are not liable for any damage or problems arising from this.
