Check order
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received an incorrect item.
Return
Orders can only be returned after consultation. Mistakes can happen anywherean order may have a defect, may not match the delivery or a product may not meet your expectations. In any case, we ask that you contact us within 10 days via email to hello@emae.studio.
A return is only possible in the original packaging of the products. Custom-made items and sale items are excluded from returns. Returns are made at the risk and expense of the buyer. If the products are returned, they remain the responsibility of the buyer until they reach us. You will receive all further information about returns via email.
Refund
If a refund is made, we must first receive the return and inspect the item. If everything is in perfect, original condition, we will issue a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping costs, which are non-refundable).
Exchange
Items can be exchanged upon agreement, please contact us via email hello@emae.studio. Send us a request within 10 days. As soon as we confirm the exchange, you can send the item back to us at your own expense.
