With the Mirari Collection, we invite you to rediscover the world: our hand-painted texture reveals tiny universes – dots that interweave to form shapes and constantly create new images. The collection shows how imaginative our everyday lives are and how small things can give rise to whole stories. The Mirari Collection is available in five colour combinations. The Carafe is versatile – for water, tea, lemonade or even as a vase, it is a highlight on any table.

    • Handmade in Turkey
    • Enamel is made from natural raw materials: an easily meltable glass is applied to steel, cast iron or stainless steel and fired at high temperatures of around 850 °C. In this process, glass and metal permanently bond together. The result: a robust, hygienic surface - enamel is glass on iron, fused in the oven.

    • In the early days of enamel production, chipping was a big issue. Thanks to technological advances, enamel layers are now significantly thinner and therefore more resistant. However, chipping cannot be completely ruled out - for example when falling on stone floors, when hit hard by metal tools or when cookware is heated too quickly. Induction in particular can cause the base to bulge if the initial heat is high, which damages the enamel. That's why our tip: always start with low heat and warm up the dishes slowly.

    • Enamel tableware has a magnetizable core and is therefore perfect as induction tableware. Our dishes can be used on all types of stoves, whether electric, gas, glass ceramic hob, induction or open fire. Enamel dishes are not suitable for microwave use.

    • Enamel can withstand a lot and is cut and scratch-resistant. Nevertheless, it is a glass coating - it can chip in the event of a fall or hard impact. External spalling is purely aesthetic; the dishes remain safe. If the damaged area is on the inside, we recommend replacing it, otherwise hygiene may be affected.

Cutting, serving and removing with cutlery is no problem. Dull spots can be caused by improper cleaning - they only affect the shine, not the use.

    • Enamel is glass on iron – and its smooth surface makes it particularly easy to care for. In the dishwasher, it is sufficient to rinse the dishes briefly beforehand and remove any coarse residue. We recommend the gentle glass program.
For hand washing: Simply fill the warm dishes with water and let them soak. Burnt spots will come off on their own after a while. If there are stubborn residues, pour in warm water and detergent, bring to the boil briefly and then remove with a soft sponge or brush.

    • The enamel cannot fully adhere to very narrow edges - for example under curved flanged edges or on open cut edges. Here you will find an overview of all the typical features of handmade enamel.

    • Enamel dishes should be used in the dishwasher, preferably in the gentle glasses program. Beforehand, all leftover food and burnt food should be removed and the dishes should be pre-washed with warm water. For ideal preservation, manual cleaning is recommended; this protects the beautiful shine of the enamel.

    • Anyone who handles enamel carefully will enjoy it for a long time. With good care, our pieces can remain robust and durable, so that they will eventually pass on as a fine heirloom.
